Accidentally stepped on & damaged my laptop screen this morning. By 2PM today, I had contacted Dr Jerry, he picked up my laptop, fixed it and brought it back to me. He is a genius

- This man is so professional. He came to my house in a timely manner not only did he change my hard drive to an SSD version.
He replicated the data from the hard drive onto the new SSD hardware for me as a bonus, which meant no reloading and tiresome amounts of time building my computer back.
This man's attention to detail is exceptional and he was patient in loading my information which took several hours.
Awesome. 👌He is a genius 👏 gone is the irritating whirring sound of the old hard drive and the speed of my SSD drive is phenomenal thank-you so much and I will use him again when needed, that I know. I'm so fortunate in finding Jerry with the added bonus I did not have to reinstall anything. Oh and for the extra work he put in i.e. waiting patiently for it too load(all day) and checking the system for system errors too. Phenomenal and excellent effort applied in making sure his customer, me was looked after.

Very Fast Efficient Business Service

had to call jerry as our hard drive decided to go on holiday with out telling anyone , we thought we had lost the lot, jerry was here the next morning he took the offending tower , saved all of our data and i mean everything, he replaced the vacationing hard drive and uploaded all the files and made a 64 gig reboot stick for us all with in 24 hours very fast efficient service thanks again jerry definitely use again

My laptop hard drive stopped functioning two days before I would have to rely on it exclusively for work. It was picked from my house within 20mins, hard drive replaced, all data recovered and transferred; device then delivered back to my door in under 24 hours. Laptop's now functioning better than it did before the breakdown and everything file-wise is where I left it.

Would highly recommend this guy to anyone with any hardware issue. Laptop was 100% dead after water damage, no life at all. Took it to him Wednesday lunch.  Rang him on Wednesday evening and he gave me a detailed description of what he’d done so far, what he thought the problem was, and what he was going to do next. By lunchtime on Thursday, he texted me to say it was fixed. Picked it up, and it’s absolutely sorted.

I'll definitely be recommending.
As it is with a lot of people I need my laptop for work. So the fan making a loud whirring noise the day before the Easter Bank Holiday was a big concern.
I live chatted with Dr Jerry who said he could look at it the next day.
He confirmed the fan needed replacing but because of the bank holiday, it was likely to take a week to arrive. However, he was able to source another one and fit it with no extra cost.
I'm sure it now runs quieter than it did before.
Overall from drop off to pick up was less than 48hrs (on a bank holiday).
